I always believed bracelets like these were mumbo jumbo type claims like the old timey "Dr So and So's Miracle Elixir" and had outlandish claims. While that may in part be true and it's a mind over matter thing, I have to say I do notice a small difference while wearing it. Almost like having clean sinuses after a really stuffy nose, but in my arm. Weird description. But it feels good. I've worn it since I received it and mostly notice the difference after removing it. Not so much immediately after putting it on.
