This lunch box is built very well. It is all steel as described. It is a little small so it would be ideal for those who are looking at meal management. It would not fit a standard sandwich unless it was cut in half, then it fits if you stack the halves. The dividers are attached and not removable so if you are expecting to get it and remove them I would not recommend this one. But if you need a solid box that will hold up, this is a great option. I would not use a sauce in this as there are very tiny spaces between the bottom of the box and the dividers so it would leak out.
