Normally I see cushions as gimmicky as seen on tv garbage, but after trying this one I have to see it absolutely makes a HUGE difference in my comfort level at work. I use this cushion at my office where I have a pretty decent chair to begin with. But I had suffered for several weeks with lower back pain from an injury I received. I tried this pillow and after the very first day my pain was all but disappeared. I can't believe how much better I feel at work now. It really helps for the office since I sit for the main part of my day, I am really torn wanting to use it at home too. I guess I'll just have to get another one.#Chirodoc
