This brace works amazingly. It fits and it is easily adjustable to fit many different sizes. It is made of very sturdy and well made materials and it's flexible yet rigid to provide excellent lumbar support. I work at a desk all day with a poorly supportive office chair. The first day I wore this brace I noticed a HUGE difference.
