This HSI flat iron is built exceptionally well. It is very solid feeling when you first pick up and it has a great range of use for a lot of different hair types. it heats up to 450 degrees and takes about 4-7 minutes to get it's hottest setting. It is easy to hold and use without a lot of fatigue from the weight or bulk of it. The clamp is very nice and not loose so it is easy to use one handed. the cord is long enough that as long as you have a plug available in the bathroom, you should be just fine and have plenty of usable distance.

It comes with a glove to help prevent against burns and some hair treatment to help really bring out the shine, and keep hair nice and smooth while laying flat.
